- Check PCR for all essential paperwork needed before starting to manufacture
- Ensuring potency sheets makes up with the active ingredient for the product e.g meloxicam / methimazole
- Take ticker tapes of water being added into the vessel ensuring that the ticker tapes are correct for data integrity
- Ensureing the powder being used all match batch and resource code given on product sheet and the product
- Filling out PCR with 100% real time on time stamp area throughout the manufacture
- Dispensing methimazole when using the product using full required PPE for the task e.g respirator and one piece suit
- Priming product through filling needle to ensure product is in the desired fill volume range
- Preforming any necessary adjustments to weights to ensure the fill volume is correct
- Fill out PCR while the product is filling stopping every 30 minutes to reform weight checks and torque test and transcribing them onto the filling PCR in real time
- Bring over the correct bottle and cap for the product making sure the resource code and batch number Matches bottle and vial
- 100% check on each vial being filled for any possible defects in the bottle e.g dints distorted caps or foreign matter in bottle report back to supervisor if any or these problems accrue
- Complete filling PCR when filling has completed checking all paperwork has been completed correctly and hit the required yield target for the product fill
- Perform clean down on both vessel and filling machine using 80°c water and IPA into an ibc for waste

Manufacture powder form products to customers requirements following procedure step by step to enure product effectiveness. Completing complex pcr's in real time too ensure data integrity is intact at all times. I have also been trained on tablet press from of product and sachet from product.
Being trained in both areas gave the opportunity to work along vertex pharmaceutical on trail batches for new product being released into the market in coming years. Even my feedback on potential problems we could of ran into throughout the filling and giving my feedback on potential ways to resolve the issue. I have extensive experience in Dispensing products to the required weight ensuring resource codes and batch number are correct to ensure a smooth process.
