• Providing a welcoming and friendly service to customers, responding to enquiries and resolving day-to-day queries in a professional manner.
• Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, snacks and light meals while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Operating the till, processing cash and card transactions accurately and handling customer payments responsibly.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe café environment, including cleaning work areas and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with the opening and closing of the café, including cash handling, stock checks and preparation of service areas.
