As the sprayshop Co-Ordinator, I am responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations within the sprayshop & joinery workshop. I work closely with all departments from design, right through to the site team. Reporting directly to the production manager, my main duty is to manage a team of skilled and training workers and prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are being met whilst keeping a high standard of quality.
