I have a wealth of knowledge as a receptionist, not just with the basics such as IT and filing, but i am also very experienced in working under pressure, managing workloads and multitasking. I must show great initiative working where I am currently as no situation is ever the same. Sometimes we may sadly have a deceased in our care who passed in traumatic circumstances and their condition may not be good, families understandably still want to see their loved one so being honest but tactful is very important as well as showing empathy and kindness.

Being aware of data protection and confidentiality is very important as well as having strong IT and organisation skills. I am a team player and believe that good communication is a must but can also be trusted to work alone and am often required to do so.
I have a good work ethic and am never scared try new things and it make me happy that my colleagues know they can come to me for friendly advice or to just ask for help. I am always happy to work extra time if needed or to just stay on to help cover any unexpected sickness and absences. I am a friendly and approachable person who likes to make a positive difference and have been lucky enough to work in big diverse groups as well as small close teams.
