A forward thinking individual with experience within the prison custody sector, I have gained a variety of transferable skills while working for GEO Amey and also previously in a care home. This has given me the related skills required within this field of work. I have experience dealing with vulnerable adults and also staff where safeguarding is the main priority to enable my prisons and staff are safe and looked after showing empathy and compassion to all custodies.
I am keen and willing to learn new things along with being capable of working independently using my initiative. Confidence is a strength of mine which enables me to present a positive image towards my colleagues and prisoners. Additionally I understand the importance of confidential information in the correct manner and follow organisations procedures.
I maintain a positive and friendly attitude that is well presented at all times and look forward to making the best use of my skills and experience.
