I have worked in HR for over 17 years and I am passionate about all things people related.
I love that the capacity of my roles within HR have been able to positively impact people. Whether this be through providing the dream job, developing skills so people excel and achieve things they didn’t think were possible, or supporting them through difficult times.
I learnt very quickly in my career that it is rare for a person to stay in a job for life, but if we can be a positive force, and develop and encourage our employees to grow and take the next step, then as a manager we’ve done our job well!
I am fortunate enough to have worked both as an external consultant, partnering with a multitude of different sized Companies, across the private, public and not for profit sectors, as well as driving the people agenda from an internal aspect in high growth, fast paced businesses.

I love what I do and always throw myself 150% into the task at hand. I would describe myself as being outgoing, with a sunny personality! I am open and practical in my approach, and endeavour to always be people and solutions focused, acutely aware that as a HR professional we always have multiple angles to manage.
