I led a team which dealt with the concerns and complaints of customers, this meant that I had to deal with all escalations in manner that amicably settled the issue and where both parties were satisfied with the outcome. To stop the concern/complaint develop further it was critical that I was efficient in both my work and decision making.

Whilst providing additional care for kids with specialist behavioural needs I attained a qualification, GNVQ in Play Work. I was responsible for a number of children of which I had to meet their individual needs without compromising the safety of the group. My awareness allowed me to approach problems before they arose and then deal with them in an efficient and emotive way. It was important to me to be able to evaluate the situation but still guarantee the fun of those I was responsible for.
