I have worked in the care sector for about 10 years delivering person centred care for residents in a private care home and also home care . Over the last year I have been working in a childcare setting looking after children ages 3 months to 5 years . I feel it is time now that my children are grown up that I would like to do what I have wanted to do and start working in the NHS.
I have worked in nursing homes supporting residents and families through difficult times . Working with a team to deliver a high standard of care for those needing it .
Over the last year I have been working towards my lever 3 in childcare and development.
