As an experienced and competitive Sales Manager, I’m actively looking for opportunities to exploit my talent for residential property sales in a senior leadership capacity.

In contrast, in my personal time, I love to kick back and relax with a great book to read, a new recipe to try, along with walks with my golden retriever.
I am currently a Sales Manager for Livewest Housing Association, where I lead the Open Market team – one of the most successful and profitable teams within the business, with responsibility for all our build and joint-venture sites across the southwest region. I’ve been instrumental in tripling sales since joining the business in 2017 and I’ve just achieved a record 320 plot sales in the 2022/23 financial year with a Gift Aid value of >£8M. From recruitment and induction to regular appraisals and performance reviews, I inspire my team with my passion for continuous improvement and professional development.

Prior to joining Livewest, I was the Branch Manager at Maitlands Estate Agents in Saltash for 13 years. My impact here was hugely significant and culminated in the Gold Award for the southwest region at the 2013 ESTAS. I embedded a culture of customer excellence across the team and advocated for active involvement in any and all community initiatives and relationship building opportunities.
We became well known for our local enthusiasm and this in turn generated more leads and catalysed rapid business growth. Kick-start meetings at the beginning of each day kept the team engaged and on track for KPI success and we achieved multiple ‘Best Branch’ awards from Maitlands HQ.
