Lead the development and implementation of the ESF Programmes on behalf of CTPSR, working closely with Coventry City Council, and Coventry University colleagues.
- Manage and coordinate the governance arrangements of the Project(s), including the Steering Group and ensure that internal and external communication and reporting arrangements are maintained to a high standard.
- Develop and implemented effective monitoring and reporting systems to ensure that the requirements of ESF are met.
- Ensure the strategic and operational co-ordination of all elements of the projects to deliver an integrated, holistic service for participants.
- Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, promoting clear and effective communication while demonstrating an awareness of political sensitivities and an understanding of conflicting partner and stakeholder priorities.
- Lead on partnership working with key stakeholders at senior levels in public, private and third sector organisations to enhance the development and delivery of the ESF and AMIF Programme.
- Prepare and present performance reports and submit quarterly claims
Research Delivery Support Officer - COVENTRY UNIVERSITY

As part of the City University Initiative, Coventry University was awarded funding to deliver accredited and non-formal training through Fab Lab Coventry facility- as part of the European Social Fund Projects. As part of my role I am responsible for:
- Managing the delivery of the ESF project to the agreed level of quality with support from the project manager where required.
- Establish new strategic partnerships across Coventry to increase participant numbers.
- To engage in the ongoing governance of ESF contracts and escalate any major risks and seek support of senior managers and compliance team with any slippage in a timely manner
- To collect information about project outcomes and successes to feed into internal and external reports.
- Develop new communication strategies and manage information for the programme's webpages and social media activity.
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings to increase communication and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Tracked execution of key milestones, ensuring early identification and communication of potential issues/roadblocks.
- Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimise their impact on the project.
- Evaluate data and conducted ROI analyses to measure the success of programs.
- Negotiate use of resources in a matrix management environment.
- Represent FabLab at external meetings, including project meetings and workshops.
Nuffield Research Placements Coordinator / Administration Support - COVENTRY UNIVERSITY

Coventry University delivers the Nuffield Research Programme to West Midlands students on behalf of Stem Learning. As the regional coordinator, I worked with the project lead to ensure that Nuffield Research Placements sat at the heart of the STEM network and was accessible to students across the region.
- Liaising with schools, colleges, teachers, museums/science centres, youth groups, and others wishing to apply for the Nuffield Research Programme.
- Maintaining established relationships and develop new links with employers, HEIs, and Professional Membership organisations by raising awareness of the benefits of the Nuffield programme.
- Developing and implementing successful, appropriate projects, events, or programmes of activity.
- Providing effective management of programme elements – including quality assurance, driving best value, and excellent service delivery.
- Supporting the PI to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful reports to ensure the West Midlands delivered all required outputs and outcomes to time and budget.
- Meeting funders' expectations regarding the quality of the educational support services delivered to students who undertook the Nuffield Research Programme.
- Creating and implementing interventions to ensure a continuous cycle of improvement
- Providing one-to-one and group support for students while on placement to monitor performance and maximise achievement
- Monitoring student's attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and progress.

Office Manager - ELPIS TRAINING

- Lead a team of Trainer/Assessors, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with funding requirements
- Work to improve the paperwork and introduce more robust induction paperwork for learners.
- Implement a new IAG policy for both skills and employment contracts.
- Monitor and update procedures and processes to ensure compliance with audit actions' internal and external audit requirements and outcomes.
- Embed effective systems that ensure high-quality assessment and internal verification
- Oversee the assessment process and liaise as appropriate with internal and external verifiers, moderators, and other relevant external bodies
- I ensure student ILPs and reviews are submitted timely and accurately to funding partners. That accurate and timely course and learner data for our direct contract are presented to the Hub.
- Deal effectively with staff, student, and employer feedback promptly
- Contribute to quality reviews and self-assessment processes and complete a Self-Assessment Report for Work-Based Learning to the funding providers quarterly.
- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget included the reconciliation of money left within the office weekly.
- Ensure front-line enquiries from staff, students, parents, and visitors are dealt with promptly.
