Supplier Resilience Test Analyst - Barclays Bank

In my current role as a Supplier Resilience Test Analyst at Barclays, I lead supplier resilience assurance activity across important suppliers, with ownership of the end-to-end Supplier Recovery Maturity Assessment (SRMA) process. I redesigned the SRMA artefact and the process for completing assessments with suppliers to improve consistency, structure, and overall delivery. I also lead third-party resilience activity across multiple strategic projects, including CORST, and produce assessment outputs and stakeholder communications that support decision-making, risk reduction, and regulatory readiness.
