With 20+ years in Financial Services, including the wild world of insurtech at ManyPets and Marshmallow, I’ve helped businesses grow fast without losing sight of what keeps them safe, trusted and customer-focused.
Now at Agria, I’m leading Risk and Compliance through another scale-up adventure. I’m not here to police, I’m here to partner, problem-solve and translate FCA speak into plain English.
I bring sharp regulatory know-how, a good sense of humour and a real belief that compliance should be a business enabler, not a blocker.
I’m a senior Risk and Compliance leader with over 2 decades of experience across insurance and financial services, having built and led Governance, Risk and Compliance functions for some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, including Agria Pet Insurance, ManyPets and Marshmallow.
I’m passionate about creating compliance frameworks that actually work, practical, human, and fully aligned to business growth. My expertise spans Consumer Duty, conduct risk, data protection and regulatory engagement, and I’ve worked closely with the FCA and PRA across multiple regulated entities.
What drives me is helping organisations grow responsibly while building strong cultures of accountability, fairness and trust.
