• To monitor and manage GDS queues as individual queues to keep a tab on pnrs with Schedule change or cancelled message from the airline.
• Cancel and refund all international/domestic bookings on Amadeus and Galileo requested by direct cancellation through customer login or by calling customer service.
• Verify exact nature of cancellation request full, partial sector, split pax, amended, no show, full refund. Exception cases like visa reWection, medical and death cases.
• Providing fare quotation to clients for all the domestic and international sectors on mails as well as on phone calls.
• Reissuance & revalidation of ticket with reference to date change for domestic & international booking.
• Taking phone calls accurately from customers and provide relevant information.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams like customer service & finance, external teams like airlines & other ticketing partners.
• Manage and resolve customer Queries/complaints.
• Issued Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) on Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP).
• Follow up (Call and Email) with airline/supplier in case of pending ticketing, reissuance, cancellations & refund.
