• Ensuring that clients are encouraged to eat a healthy, balanced diet and the correct quantities, prepared meals look appetizing and make sure the way they eat is appropriate for the client.
• Infection prevention, understanding illnesses including dementia and supporting emergency first aid were necessary.
• Attention to detail when administering medications and feeding those with special dietary requirements
