I am a pro-active and hardworking person with the ability to hit/exceed targets within all my previous work positions. My previous experience ranges from working by myself in a physical capacity on various building sites to being a team leader in a office environment dealing with consumer complaints. In my previous role at UPAC I started out as a civils supervisor and after 6 months I was promoted to site manager running my own site mainly office fit outs on ministry of defence projects up to £1M.
I have an open mind and my greatest skill is dealing with people on a personal and professional level and I believe we can always learn. Since I completed my SMSTS my goal was always to be a site manager/supervisor at my main trade, which is EWI and that's why I feel this position is perfect for me. I have also recently been a short term site manager on an EWI scheme in the Nottinghamshire area.
I'm currently working for Westdales as a EWI Quality Inspector.
