I've been a chef in various kitchens across Leeds over the past 10 years. Gaining skills such as, managing staff, working on my own, communicating with different departments and the public, a high standard of health and safety.
Delivery driving- During my time at blue pepper part of my daily duties included delivering food/ equipment to local businesses and residentially estates.
Managing staff- I've been a senior cdp chef for 4 years and this role requires me to lead and support my colleagues.
Working on my own- This is a must in most kitchens. I was required to open up and man the kitchen on days where others were off or I'll.
Communication- being a sous chef I attended even meeting and gave ideas and support to other departments. Open plan kitchens and dietary requirements ment I spoke to the public on a daily basis.
Health and safety. This is a must for all kitchens and work environments- I've passed numerous courses to back this up.
Punctuality- I have Great references which can confirm that I am areliable and punctual person.
