About

I am a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic young person who has recently completed GCSE studies and is eager to begin a career. Through extensive volunteering, leadership programmes and competitive sport, I have developed excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills while supporting young people within my local community. I enjoy working with people, learning new skills and taking on responsibility.

I am recognised for my positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to help others. I am now looking for my first employment opportunity where I can contribute to a team, gain valuable workplace experience and continue developing personally and professionally.

Experience

Volunteer Youth Leader - Ardoyne Youth Club

  • Volunteer two evenings each week supporting local young people.
  • Currently training to become a Youth Leader.
  • Assist with planning and delivering activities.
  • Help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment.
  • Build positive relationships with young people and families.
  • Support staff during community events and youth sessions.

Gaelic Football Coach

Alongside playing Gaelic football, I also helped coach younger teams, encouraging children to develop confidence, teamwork and sporting skills while creating a positive and supportive environment.

Romania Community Project - Romania

Selected to travel to Romania as part of a youth exchange programme where I supported children living in an orphanage through activities, games and relationship building. Due to my commitment, attitude and leadership, I have been selected to return for a second year in a senior leadership role, helping to support younger volunteers throughout the programme. This opportunity has strengthened my confidence, independence, communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultures.
