Colin Wilcox

I have worked in finance since 1988 and found what I really love doing in 2004. That was specialising in equity release. However, the real high point was just recently, when I realised what I really love is dealing with people. The interaction with people, making them comfortable and taking an interest in what they have to say. That, they say, comes from experience.

So, a change from what I do, but not what I am used to is required. I have a lively and optimistic approach and enjoy a conversation with those I meet. I also enjoy providing the right outcome for customers.

I am married to Diane, have two girls and a dog called Sunny (a rescue from Spain). When not working, we go walking. We have walked the South and North Downs and are working on the

Thames Path. I love my music and going to gigs.

Yoga is important and so is my running. I also enjoy the occasional pint and chatting about the day.

Since 1988 I have worked in finance, Insurance offices and banks.

My main focus is treating the customer fairly, ensuring maximum experience and a feel good outcome

various vocational exams for financial services.
