In my roles as a Senior Health Care Aide at University Teaching Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and Bluebird House, I have developed and implemented various patient care and comfort strategies. My experience includes assisting with personal care tasks, supporting daily living activities, and prioritizing patient dignity and independence. I have accompanied patients on outdoor activities, measured and recorded vital signs, administered first aid, and maintained accurate patient records. My collaborative approach with healthcare professionals and continuous professional development has further enhanced my ability to deliver high-quality patient care.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and have completed various certifications relevant to healthcare, including Basic Life Support, CPR, and First Aid. I am a certified Mental Health Support Worker and have completed the CSTF Healthcare training. Additionally, I have received training in Dignity in Care, Equality and Diversity, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene, Infection Prevention & Control, Patient Handling, and Safeguarding for both adults and children. My education is complemented by specialized training in the Mental Capacity Act for young people and PMVA for managing violence and aggression in mental health settings.
