Cared for my maternal grandmother when she had Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA)

• Accompanied her to and fro, for her medical appointments making sure we were always punctual.
• Properly administered her medication timely, ensuring she was as comfortable as possible whilst doing so.
• Standing in to give her support and encouragement resulting in her not giving up on treatment in her lowest point.
• Ensuring I assisted her, in frequent visit to the toilet and personal hygiene.
