With my academic background in Estate management, Property Valuation, Risk management and Real estate Finance and a practical experience in real estate development of over a decade, I have a deep understanding of the built up environment from conceptualization stage to development and management.

My leadership style is characterized by commitment to innovations ,collaboration, Negotiation, and client centricity. I placed a high value on building strong business relationship with our clients, investors and stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities in order to deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectation.

Having sat as the coordinator of a real estate development company based in Abuja ,Nigeria in the last 10 years and with my deep passion about modular technology in construction, this opportunity would be a dream come through.

I am a trained estate surveyor and valuer, an entrepreneur, facility manager, with over a decade practical experience in the real estate development industry in Nigeria.

Prior to my relocation to the UK,I have served as the CEO of MAMRE SHELTERS DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, CEO, OXFORD COATINGS LIMITED, CEO , INAK RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LIMITED in Abuja , Nigeria.

I posses a HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA in estate management and valuation from the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, Nasarawa State, Nigeria.

I am currently running my PGD in Environmental science , an online programme in NIGERIA.
