I currently live at home with my mum as I am trying to save for a house deposit to buy my first home. I grew up in Bradford and have spent my whole life here, I enjoy going to the cinema once a week, just escaping from the outside world and living in another world for a couple hours, seeing my friends and spending time with my girlfriend and my dog.

PT operations sector at HMRC (2025-04 – Present)

I currently work for HMRC in the PT operations sector dealing with what is classed as personal life enquiries. This means speaking with people who are pension age mainly, but we still deal with all other PAYE tax enquiries, my role is entirely telephone based. I consider myself as a very hard-working individual for the business and I only want what is right for the taxpayer calling.

Direct contact centre at Lloyds banking group (2022-09 – 2024-11)

Prior to HMRC I worked for Lloyds banking group in the direct contact centre dealing with home insurance, this was mainly changing policies and taking payments over the phone, this was where I built my skills of telephone manner.

Market kitchen at Morrisons (2021-10 – 2022-09)

I spent around a year in Morrisons market kitchen where I spent my time face-to-face with customers, always greeting them with a smile, this involved a lot of multi-tasking and time management.

Part-time staff at Greggs bakery (2019-06 – 2021-08)

I spent a couple of years at Greggs part time, this was my first job whilst finding my feet after dropping out of university where I got a grasp of what the working world was like.
