I am a well driven young man with a career goal of being the best of the best. I studied at college for 3 years getting 3 diplomas in catering and hospitality. I also reached my black belt in mixed martial arts which I had been doing from a young age. Some of my hobbies include football fishing and rugby.

During my time at the spitfire, I went from being a commis chef to a junior sous chef and helping running the kitchen with the head chef this has led to me helping with the cleaning and maintaining for good hygiene in the kitchen, also carrying out daily ordering of products for the next days service.
