Working with truss roofs on a production line using various air tools and mechanical machinery, working off drawings to make sure all timber that's fixed in mm perfect taking time to master it whilst carrying a good speed for a fast paced production line.

• Frame all 90degree roof angle frames for the partition
• Finish product by boarding & insulating the frame & cover in correct tyvek
• Keep ontop of shift monitor so I can keep on target by framing and finishing 6 an hour
• Plaster boarding frames
• Scan out work ready for drivers to collect
• Use cutting machines such as table saw, angle master, hundegger machine

Covering all roofing aspects from your tiled roofing works at a bespoke level & all flat roof works fibreglass to resin and all other flat roofing works, main role was tilling bespoke roofs from multi million pound houses to listed churches, different tiles used, dreadnought to Marley moderns and even shaped tiles like fishtails & scallops.

• Use all aspects of hand tools and collect materials for other members of staff to assure they have materials they need to complete the job
• Mark up buildings so they are in correct order in case we are building left hands or right hand or whether there ground floors or first floor buildings
• Welcome new comers and give them support and the help they need to flourish in the roofing department
• Report any faults with buildings and equipment to ensure safety of others
• Make sure my work team have their PPE on at all times
