I took the lead on events as within my first few weeks as it was recognised my level of experience. Project management is something I have worked towards over the past 9 years of hospitality as providing clients with a unforgettable experience is what I aim for.
During my time working for Sodexo at the ACC Liverpool I studied a L4 Hospitality Management apprenticeship which lasted 19 months, I did this along side my full time role as a F&B supervisor studying all aspects of hospitality from learning how to develop hospitality team members to managing the production of menus. I completed this apprenticeship while also fulfilling a full time role as a F&B conference and events supervisor
