I am a friendly, confident, and outgoing person who prides themselves on being easy to get along with. Due to previous roles I have experience of working with the general public and I can provide relevant advice if asked to provide it. As a person I am eager to learn new skills and develop both my knowledge and experience. Whenever I am set tasks I work to the best of my ability to complete them to a high standard and due to my college and university studies I am also used to meeting deadlines.
I have been working in retail now for nearly three years whilst studying at college and university which has given me great customer service experience.
I have recently completed my degree in aviation and tourism management through the University of Sunderland. Before that I spent 5 years at Sunderland college where I completed both a level 2 and a level 3 qualification in travel and tourism. I also completed qualifications in resort representatives and cabin crew preparations.
