I am a very hard worker, I like new challenges and I take pride in everything I do. Also a very organised and energetic individual who likes to make new friends. I was a proud and devoted member of the 8th Morden scouts group for 11 years. I'm very used to working in a team with plenty of problem solving. I am also a very outgoing person and easy to get along with. I take criticism as areas for me to improve on due to my keen interest to develop.

Owner and Operator at Pond Perfect (2025-09 – Present)

As the owner and operator of Pond Perfect, I manage all aspects of a specialist pond construction and maintenance business, working directly with domestic and commercial clients across London and surrounding areas. My responsibilities included carrying out pond construction, refurbishment, maintenance and repairs, as well as installing and servicing filtration systems, pumps, uv systems and other pond equipment. I manage projects from the initial customer enquiry and site assessment through to quoting, planning, purchasing materials and completing the work.

Running my own business has required me to develop strong customer service, communication and problem solving skills, while managing my own workload, scheduling, invoicing, budgeting and supplier relationships. I regularly work independently on site and take responsibility for delivering work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Pond Maintenance Engineer at The Pond Guys (2023-04)

I worked as a pond maintenance engineer responsible for the inspection, cleaning and ongoing maintenance of ornamental and functional ponds. Carried out water quality testing, filtration and pump maintenance, algae control and seasonal servicing to ensure optimal pond health and appearance. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills by diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, and implementing preventative maintenance plans.

Delivered reliable, high-quality service while working independently and maintaining excellent standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Assistant Manager at McDonalds (2018-05)

I had been working at Mcdonalds for over 3 years and since starting the job I grew a lot as a person. I became more confident with the knowledge of dealing with a variety of customers and crew members. I worked at a high pace and can solve problems very quickly.

Because of this I was employee of the month 3 times. I was an Assistant Manager at my store resulting in me having vast control over the store itself, how it operated and ensuring targets are seen through. Over the years I had managed to balance delivering excellent standards whilst controlling all aspects of the company.

Some examples of this are; dealing with customer complaints, having excellent labour control and hourly sales, maintaining the overall cleanliness whilst also keeping in mind food safety and health and safety. I have also gained safe handling knowledge and have secondary responsibilities such as being in charge of maintenance. This consists of me fixing or maintaining the equipment in the store.
