I am a skilled and hardworking multi-trade operative with over two years' experience working for Serco within migration housing. I take pride in delivering high standards of work across a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment tasks. I enjoy the variety and challenge that each day brings, from routine decorating works to responding to major leaks and urgent repairs across a large property portfolio.
Currently responsible for maintaining 65 properties, including one large site consisting of 125 rooms, I have developed strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. My role regularly involves liaising with tenants, clients, and staff while ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently.
