- Administer Recruitment and Selection - Recruitment and selection Process
- Attend to application to fill a post from the internal business units (directorates)
- Advertising
- Capture applications on the system
- Arrange for shortlisting, prepare a document for shortlisting criteria and the approved panel members declaration for secrecy for panel members to sign before the starting of shortlisting
- After shortlisting, prepare an interview schedule and call for interviews
- Liaise with internal security for taking of fingerprints in order for the to be able to further conduct personnel suitability checks. In the interviews, I sit as an HR rep to advice panel members about policies and procedures of HRM
- After selection: conduct al five areas of PSC. Prepare an interview report /submission with motivation for chairperson to check and sign before the submission/interview report goes through human resources route for approval and signing of offer letter
- Inform the selected candidate and post an offer letter with acceptance of offer document, for a candidate to accept/decline and post it back within the given period
