I am a persistent and motivated Agriculture graduate with a genuine desire to support the medical and fitness industries. My calling is to provide and encourage wellness and health to those around me in hopes of supporting and helping people. I envision myself producing, helping and distributing valuable assistance and knowledge to the surrounding public for the betterment of their health and well-being.

My strengths lie in the innate ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure with a willingness to complete difficult or physically demanding work until task completion. What I could bring to this career is a proactive and confident approach with both the ability to flourish as an honest and considerate team player or a steadfast lone operative with a potential to assume leadership when and if required. Farm assistant: organic farm of Monastery of St. John the Forerunner, Anatoli Agias, Greece

This is a multidisciplinary farm with cattle, chickens, sheep and goats. With facilities for cheese production and various agricultural and food products.
Various duties included: cheese making, weeding, animal care and various maintenance duties of the farm.
Followed instructions and used initiative in various situations for task completion.

Nando’s Griller. May- december 2022

Completed numerous shifts working under pressure and completing required tasks to a high and consistent standard, meeting all health and safety aspects.
Duties included, order preparation and grilling, taking stock and ensured continual cleanliness of work station and surrounding areas.

Lean 6 Sigma: certified Yellow belt- November 2022

Completed an introductory course with a certificate in Lean 6 Sigma, a statistical course that streamlines the process in any business and production apsect.
Project required practical application of methods to the Nando’s process of chicken preparation.

Volunteered to help with the running and preparation of a week-long summer camp. Took responsibility for several hazardous and undesirable tasks for the benefit and safety of those present at the camp.
Ensured a safe, clean and harmonious environment within the camp through said tasks and co-operation with fellow camp members and children.

Participated as a team member in various team building exercises organized by the URNU.
Garnered experience and knowledge within various sea faring operations.
