To complete production operations for Modified Allergen Tyrosine Adsorbate as required ensuring right first time products whilst meeting delivery dates. To perform filtration, modification, precipitation, dilution and sterile filtrations for ATL MATA products

Working within the production laboratory and aseptic dispensing room to produce SensitreTM antimicromic susceptibility plates. Ensuring Health Safety and quality standards are always met. Working at all times to ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice); and ensure SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed.

• Preparation of antimicromic solutions in accordance with relevant SOPs and in line with production paperwork - weighing, dissolution, and dilution

• Manufacture of various necessary ancillary solutions – ID media, buffers, and excipients

• Maintain and monitor raw material stock levels – consumables, intermediates, and equipment
• Support the laboratory by washing and autoclaving equipment – pumps, glassware, and other items
