I have recently relocated to Port Talbot from Dominica because my wife is presently working for the NHS as a nurse. For the last 14 years I have been a Quarantine Inspector for the Ministry of Agriculture in Dominica which would translate to immigration in the United Kingdom. I have a wide employment history, working is various fields such as Restaurants, Building and construction, operating heavy equipment and Fish farming/ Aquaculture.
I am very passionate about cooking and creating dishes. I have learnt these skills as I took culinary classes in Dominica. I have very good English Language skills. I am a fast learner, I am opened to learn new skills, and would love to share my knowledge and experience with others.
I am a highly motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic individual. I am a team player, and I am also very confident working independently where I can solve problems effectively. Excellent communication skills which I can easily adapt accordingly.
