Duties included working to time to collect used crockery, cutlery, empty glasses and bottles from customers' tables and returning them to the kitchen. I also worked as part of the kitchen team, responsible for cleaning dishes in a foodservice environment. Also, to ensure there was always plenty of available, clean tableware. I worked hard and fast paced in this busy environment to ensure quick table turnaround and minimise customer waiting times.
