Kitchen team and tableware collector at CANAL SIDE CAFÉ

Duties included working to time to collect used crockery, cutlery, empty glasses and bottles from customers' tables and returning them to the kitchen. I also worked as part of the kitchen team, responsible for cleaning dishes in a foodservice environment. Also, to ensure there was always plenty of available, clean tableware. I worked hard and fast paced in this busy environment to ensure quick table turnaround and minimise customer waiting times.

Assisted with various tasks like loading tools, packing raw materials, and learning about multiple construction site duties. Followed instruction, helped with manual jobs and ensured that I adhered to onsite safety guidelines at all times.
