I am a dedicated Team Leader committed to upholding the highest standards of care within the home environment. My core responsibilities include ensuring the well-being of residents by assisting them with personal care needs while respecting their privacy, dignity, and choices. I actively support the Home Manager in maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and legislation, including medication administration and record-keeping.

Furthermore, I contribute to the development of engaging activities aimed at enhancing residents' quality of life and strive to create an inclusive environment where residents with special support needs can thrive. I actively participate in staff training, adhere to health and safety protocols, and demonstrate sensitivity to the diverse needs of our resident community.

Since March 2019, I have been dedicated to the care profession, initially joining Cedar Care Homes as a Carer Assistant. Progressing swiftly, I assumed the role of Senior Carer in May 2019, where I excelled in various responsibilities including responding to the daily needs of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and facilitating their social and leisure activities. I actively contributed to the admission and care management processes while providing personalized support to residents with their belongings and clothing.

In October 2019, I expanded my role by becoming a peer trainer for manual handling. Following my tenure at Cedar Care Homes, I served as a Senior Care Assistant at Longbridge Deverill Nursing Home from November 2020 to September 2021, continuing to uphold high standards of care. Transitioning to Oriel Lodge from September 2021 to March 2022, and later to CVB Healthcare Ltd. from January 2022 to March 2023, I consistently demonstrated leadership and compassion in my role.

Currently, since March 2023, I have been serving as a Team Leader at Horfield Lodge, where I continue to leverage my expertise to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of residents and maintain the highest standards of care within the facility.

I obtained my Diploma of Higher Education in Law School from West University Vasile Goldis in Arad, completing the program from October 2004 to June 2008. Prior to that, I completed my A-Level or equivalent education at High School Vasile Juncu in Arad from September 1999 to June 2003.
