Courtney Mowatt

I am a creative and adaptable educator with over 7 years’ experience supporting early years and primary-aged students across Australia, the UK, and the Netherlands. My expertise includes curriculum and program design, facilitation, differentiated instruction, and inclusive classroom strategies, enabling me to create engaging learning environments that foster curiosity, confidence, and meaningful progress for a wide range of learners.

Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse organisational settings, collaborating with colleagues and school leaders to design programs, develop resources, and support team goals. These experiences strengthened my communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills and deepened my understanding of how to support learning and development beyond the classroom.

Now I am excited to transition fully into Learning and Development, bringing my experience in designing impactful learning experiences and working with diverse teams to contribute strategically to broader educational initiatives. I am motivated by the opportunity to help individuals and organisations develop essential skills that unlock potential and create meaningful, lasting impact.

I have over 7 years’ experience in education and learning environments across Australia, the UK, and the Netherlands. I have designed and delivered inclusive curricula, facilitated student engagement, and supported learners’ social and academic growth. Beyond the classroom, I have developed resources, led educational programs, and collaborated with diverse teams to enhance learning experiences.

These roles strengthened my skills in facilitation, curriculum design, administration, and team communication, preparing me to transition effectively into Learning and Development.

I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (0–8 years) and am currently completing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), expected November 2025.
