Courtney Palmer

I am a positive, approachable and hard-working individual. I am reaching to achieve good grades in my GCSE’s. I hope to be able to socialise with people of similar interests and similar career aspirations. After my GCSE’s i hope to do health and social care as an A level. I also feel I am a person who can listen and communicate with anyone and I am capable of working in a group effectively.

In June 2023, I spent a week doing work experience at Little Battlers in Hinckley. I enjoyed having experience at this place of work. I babysit my cousins and brother often so I have a good understanding when it comes to working with children of different ages.

I also did sports leaders and peer coaching which developed the way I presented myself towards others and made me seem approachable and easy to speak to. Also I volunteered at Open Evening at Redmoor Academy which has developed my communication and the way I speak to adults and children of different ages and backgrounds. I also spent many years volunteering at a community club where many children and adults attended meaning this also developed the way I communicate.

I am also willing to do some waitressing and help out in a hospitality setting.

I am currently taking my GCSE exams at the moment.
