I am a hard working and loyal person with 2 years experience of 2:1 respite carer for a young adult with complex needs and disabilities and autism who also struggles with behaviour, I absolutely love my work and working with children and young adults with complex needs which I love how rewarding it can be at times and also how challenging it can also be ,we love being indoors and outdoors and every day is different and also myself and my wife have been respite carer at our home for many years

I have been mainly a driver for many years but 4 years ago I had an opportunity to get involved with young adults and children with complex needs I am a 2:1 carer for a young lady for the last 2 years and enjoyed every minute but also have been involved in respite care with other children with disabilities and complex needs such as wheelchair bound and behaviour and also autism and I am very keen to add to my career

My most recent education was in school which was 1984 until 1991

Then college from 1991 until 1994

At present working for BCP as a respite carer from March 2021 and presently still working with the young lady
