Since November 2020 I have ramped up my focus and efforts on expansion of my BTL portfolio. I have started to get my hands dirty and get more involved in the day to day activity. In this context I am definitely going to need some supplementary income. I am entirely flexible time wise and would be more than willing to turn my hand to anything General Administration, Viewings and Sales really whatever is required.
I can't claim to have any Real Estate experience but I have bought and sold a good number of properties and have practical experience as a BTL landlord with a current portfolio of 11 flats in Glasgow, Paisley and East Kilbride.
