I have recently completed my studies at Brighouse Sixth Form College, where I developed strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills while balancing my education with part-time employment. I currently work at Taste Café, where I have gained valuable experience delivering excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment. My responsibilities include preparing food and drinks to a high standard, handling cash and card payments, answering telephone enquiries, taking orders, booking tables and ensuring customers receive a friendly and professional service.

This has strengthened my confidence, ability to work under pressure while working both independently and as part of a team. I am a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic individual who enjoys learning new skills and taking on new challenges. I am always willing to go the extra mile to help customers and colleagues, and I adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
