Management of house staff: matrons and tutors and the financial running of the house. I have developed a pastoral intervention to support students’ mental health and wellbeing within the boarding house which is part of my master’s dissertation. I oversee and administer all educational testing related to Access Arrangements for JCQ and for educational purposes to form basis of further CAHMS referrals. I write reports on the assessment’s findings and complete the JCQ Form 8 and referrals.
