My name is Cyril Affor, I live and work in London as an IT support worker and I manage the day to day office IT activities in the small care firm I work with.I have worked with this firm for over 4 years now. I manage all calls, I use the careplanner app, to plan the rota and allocate carers to service users, which they get on their phones I had previously installed the app on. I manage the email server of the company.

Four years + working as IT support and later main IT man at ACSC Ltd. I plan carers’ rota and allocate them to clients who need their basis on a daily basis. I handle all IT challenges and manage calls, keep in close touch with the Bromley Borough regarding clients we manage for them. I am organized, and take even the slightest detail to account.
