I am a hardworking, reliable, and approachable individual with experience working in fast-paced environments and communicating with other staff members and customers efficiently. Through my role at KFC, I have developed strong communication and customer service skills, making sure that customers feel listened to, respected and supported whilst also working effectively as part of a team. I am able to remain calm under pressure, responding to customers' concerns politely and professionally.
During my apprenticeship at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, I developed my communication, teamwork and ability to learn new skills in that sort of environment. I also interacted with many patients and visitors during my time there and helped them to feel comfortable and supported in their environment. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of my responsibility for being in this environment and following the safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
I am eager to continue developing my skills, take on new challenges, and contribute positively to any team I work within.
