2 years experience in the customer service industry, I have functioned and worked well as customer care representative in one of the biggest bank in Africa, Access bank Nigeria plc, I worked and attended to a minimum of 300 customers in a week, customers with different temperament types and attended to their request dutifully.I also engaged customers to use the bank mobile app, enroll them and teach them on how to use and any other concerns or issues they have as regards the app usage.
