Education
The most relevant education I have received is in software testing processes and quality assurance. In this training, I gained comprehensive knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques, writing test cases, bug reporting tools (such as JIRA, Bugzilla), software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Additionally, I received training on using tools like Selenium for test automation, Postman, and performance testing.
This education has equipped me with the necessary skills to enhance software quality and effectively perform as a QA Tester.
