Dan Hallam

I have always had a passion for the arts, from a young age I would spend hours a day drawing from my imagination. I went on to study animation at The University of The West of England, which fuelled my interest and passion for digital postproduction. In my spare time I like to create digital art, play tennis, and develop my 3D software skills.

Over the past seven years I have acquired and developed a considerable amount of experience, working across a broad range of creative disciplines in my positions as Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer.

Working in a small video team of three, I create, manage, and provide a huge volume of video content to some of the biggest Asset Management Firms around the world. I work with my team to conceptualise creative ways of bringing to life our client’s brands through animation and video while retaining their brands core identity. I am also responsible for managing and mentoring our junior editor, requiring me to prioritise and allocate resources to various tasks. It is a demanding, high-pressure environment that has given me the ability to work effectively under time constraints and to adhere to strict deadlines, paying keen attention to detail without compromising quality.
