Hi, my name is Dan.
I am a family man, with children and a wife. I enjoy sports and going on holiday. My favourite season of the year is Summer.
I have been working in hospitality since 2001. I have acquired many accolades in the kitchen including ‘Kitchen of Excellence 2016’ while working for Greene King. I have a passion for cooking, using a blend of fresh and pre-prepared ingredients.
I have been part of menu development in my long-term service for Spirit Pub Company between 2013 - 2018. I have taken a break from hospitality to pursue new career options, however, find myself wanting to develop my skills further behind the flames of an oven.
