In my current role as Senior People & Culture Officer, the HR Manager equivalent at the Royal Air Force Club, a historic private members club in Mayfair, I look after 166 colleagues. I spearheaded various strategic initiatives that resulted in a 25% increase in employee engagement in 2018 in our organisation. My passion and continued efforts in developing employee engagement resulted in the Royal Air Force Club being voted and ranked into the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For list in 2018 (30th place), 2019 (15th place) and 2020 (21st). Since then, our Club has also been a regular annual winner in the Caterer’s 30 Best Places To Work in Hospitality list.
With my team, I am very proud to have implemented innovative recruitment strategies and fostered a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. My adeptness in conducting thorough needs assessments allowed me to design and implement targeted training programs, positively impacting employee performance and their satisfaction.
I am a CIPD qualified HR Professional in both Learning & Development (2022) and HR Management Practice (2018).
