List of day to day duties: Scan papered referrals onto trust database, send and receive post, print patient letters, validate patient letters, inform patients on confirmed appointments, grab patient case note files (rarely), pick up referrals from secretaries, send urgent requests for referrals via post or fax to partnering hospitals.
