PHOTOGRAPHER | 2015-present
I have a passion for capturing the raw energy and dynamic moments of live music performances. I've had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in rock and metal. At large festivals such as Pride, Slam Dunk and Bloodstock. More than just a job, concert photography is a way for me to immerse myself in the music, experiencing the shows on a deeply personal level while simultaneously capturing the fleeting moments that define each performance.
NHS | 2024-present
My role at KMPT within the NHS was to Coordinate and produce reports and presentations, both ad-hoc and regular, while supporting the Senior Project Manager and team in executing projects within the project timeline. Schedule stakeholder meetings, document outcomes, and generate reports. Monitor and report on actions and risks, ensuring clear communication on timelines and milestones.
Assign tasks to team members, clarify expectations, and foster collaboration with project clients and stakeholders. Work with clinical, administrative, and managerial staff to drive project delivery and continuously improve processes.
SAGA INSURANCE | 2021-2024
At Saga we were to contribute proportionately to the team's achievement of all KPI’s. Become a product expert and understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service. Investigate and resolve incoming customer complaints, escalating to appropriate channels accordingly.
Supporting employees and service users through process changes and challenging periods, including bereavement events. As well as communicating effectively with customers, colleagues and external partners with strong demonstration of empathy and exceptional customer service.
COSTA COFFEE Barista Maestro | 2015-2021
To lead shifts in the absence of the Store Manager. Enable team members to understand and deliver all the standards in the coffee excellence section in the Costa check. Train and accredit all new team members to barista level. Undertake training, coaching and support where required. Review monthly coffee excellence scores, and communicate actions and updates regularly at team meetings.
Along side this I have had the opportunity to run events and competitions to raise money for the company charity - The Costa Foundation, as well as running the store's social media pages.
