I am a determined, self-confident individual who is very enthusiastic and passionate within my work. I can focus on the jobs at hand as well as co-operate and provide support in teams. I am very supportive when it comes to other people, as I like to provide assistance and helpful guidance, of the highest quality, to both customers and colleagues.

This can range from selling and providing the essential information to customers or fellow members, to leading and supporting new members of staff when they are learning new skills. I currently hold a Full UK driving license and own a vehicle to help with my transportation. I have previous management experience as a Supervisor/Duty Manager in Halfords which is referred to as "specialist".

Within this job role, I manage the auto and bike department to which I delegate jobs to other colleagues on the specific department, focus on sales targets and maintain a high standard on the shop floor. I also have the responsibility of keyholder which entitles me the responsibility of opening and closing the store and to be called upon if there is an alarm call-out. I currently work as a bingo operative in Telford where I have various job roles.

This can range from being a floor cashier where I manage my own float in distributing correct prize money, exchanging notes for coins and observing a floor with 200+ customers needing assistance at any given moment, to bingo calling requiring confidence in talking to a large audience, having positive customer interaction and time-keeping to maximise profit and efficiency.
